House By Ted Dekker and Frank Peretti

House is a book of mind-bending mystery and supernatural terror. With odd twists and turns this book keeps you on the edge of your seat and sometimes even puts you straight up on your feet.

This book was recommended to me by my English teacher (probably one of the top fans of Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker). She insisted that I read it. I had been eying it a lot and I just wasn't sure I had the time to read it. Over my Christmas break I finally grabbed and sat down to read it.

It had been months since I had found a book that I just couldn't put down. I tried to read it as often as I could. Finally it got to the point where I just refused to put it down. I read for four hours straight one night from 8:30-12:30, getting lost in the world that is House. Big mistake. I will recommend that you don't read this book at night. It is somewhat frightening and it will keep you up for the next few hours after you finally put it down hearing noises and seeing things.

House is about a man (Jack) and his wife (Stephanie). Their marriage is going down the drain all because of the accidental death of their daughter Melissa. Ever since then Jack has blamed the death of their daughter on Stephanie. It was at the "House" that they learned how to work together, settle their differences, and be a real married couple once again. This book is an eye-opener, and can change your life forever. This book will teach you lessons that you will never forget. Take the leap. Jump into the House, and play the game.

Welcome to my House...
House Rules:

1) God came to my house and I killed him.
2) I will kill anyone who comes to my house as I killed God.
3) Give me one dead body and I might let rule two slide.
Game over at dawn...
